B. Agenda Review
Motion to accept the agenda was made by Frank Cochran, seconded by Mary Blair; unanimous approval.

C. Review of Minutes
Motion to accept minutes were made by Bob Spirito, seconded by Wayne Hobbs; unanimous approval.

D. Report from Internal Affairs – Captain Blanchard synopsis:
11 closed cases including one from 2009 and two from 2008.
January – May, 69 civilian complaints received
Staff levels for Internal Affairs are: 1 Captain, 3 Sergeants, 1 Detective

E. Case Review Assignments
Barbara Carroll assigned cases to Panels A & B to read.

F. New Business
Assistant Chief Hensgen provided an overview of his concepts regarding the Civilian Review Board and the complaint process. The Assistant Chief entertained a Q&A and engaged in a general discussion with attendees.

Panels A & B have ongoing case review.

Douglas Hausladen is stepping down because of a change in residence.
